Large open-plan space

The upper floor comprises a large open-plan space containing a living room and open kitchen with a dining area. There is an entrance hall with a wardrobe and a small bathroom. The small bathroom has a WC, washbasin, and shower. The living room provides access to the balcony (north-facing) and the terrace (south-facing). The furnishings are modern and the wood burning stove completes the look! Living room fittings include:

• bookcase with Dutch, German and English books plus some children's books

Open-plan kitchen

The open-plan kitchen has an island for cooking with 3 bar stools separated from a spacious eating area which has a large dining table and china cabinet. Because we love cooking, we have comprehensively fitted out our kitchen and it includes, among other things, the following items:

• dishwasher

• filter coffee machine
• Nespresso
• kitchen scales

• every kind of cooking utensil and cutlery

Bedrooms

Downstairs it is always nice and cool, even in summer. There are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate a total of 6 persons. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with twin beds and have doors which open out to the outside. One bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds.

Bathroom

The large bathroom has a washbasin, WC, bathtub, shower, heated towel rail, sauna, washing machine, and hairdryer.

Outside

In the summer the balcony tends to stay cool, while on the terrace you can soak up the sun. The terrace has a dining table, 2 benches, 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a parasol and a barbecue. From our terrace, you have a fantastic view over Dachstein-West (Bischofsmütze). The garden is fenced (1.00-1.10 cm high) and trimmed with gauze. There is a ski locker next to the front door.
