The rental prices below are in Euro's and applicable for a maximum of 6 persons. Babies of up to 3 years old and dogs (max 2) are free.

Additional costs
The rental price is exclusive the additional costs:
-Cleaning costs: € 140,- (one-time);
-Tourist tax: € 3,50 p.p./p.d. (for persons aged 15 years and over);
-Deposit: € 200.
The rental price includes electricity/water/heating/WiFi/fixed Internet connection. Wood for the wood-burning stove is present.
Optional: bedding and towels
You can bring your own bedding, but you could also hire bedding from us (including 2 towels p.p.) In that case, the beds will already have been made on arrival. This costs € 15 p.p. Please let us know when you book.
Size bed duvets/pillows:
- single bed duvets: 140x200 cm,
- pillows: 70x90 cm
Blankets are present.
Size beds:
- 2 mattresses of 90x200x23cm and 4 mattresses of 80x200x23cm
Your dog (max 2)
Your dog is welcome, without additional costs. The dog basket with cushions (90 cm diameter) and the drinking and eating bowls are ready and waiting.
We are dog lovers. But we consider that not everyone who stays in our holiday home is fond of dogs. That's why we've put in place a few "doghouserules", such as asking you not to allow your dog on furniture (such as chairs, beds and sofas) and in the bathroom and to clean up any 'unwanted feces' around our house.
Cot and high chair
A child's bed with mattress (120x60 cm) is available. We do ask you to bring your own bedding for this. Also a high chair is available.
