Request to book Payment and cancellation terms
If you would like to know if you can book our holiday home in the desired period, please click on the dates you want in the calendar, complete the form below, and click "send." This is completely non-committal. Upon receipt of your request, we will let you know as soon as possible whether the reservation can be made.
After you confirmed the reservation, we will send you the rental agreement and all further information. After signing the rental agreement, the house is booked for you.
Payment
The deposit is 30% of the rental price plus additional costs must be paid within 4 weeks after the conclusion of the rental agreement. The remaining 70% of the rental price plus additional costs are due 28 days before the start of the rental period, at the latest. For any booking within 28 days of the start of the rental period, the rental price plus additional costs are due in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation
The rental agreement can be cancelled by telephone or email. Cancellation costs are:
- cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price;
- cancellation 28 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price;
- cancellation 7 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
Additional costs that have already been paid for, will be refunded. If we manage to still rent out our house following your cancellation, then your cancellation costs will also be refunded.
If you depart early during the rental period, both the rental price and any additional costs are still due.
